ObjectiveTo report the utility of combined transvaginal and transabdominal oocyte retrieval in a patient with an ectopic ovary unicornuate uterus.DesignVideo case demonstration technique.Setting(s)University-affiliated fertility center.Patient(s)A 35-year-old woman, gravida 0, 6-month history infertility who presented to our center for evaluation. Hysterosalpingography revealed left uterus patent fallopian tube magnetic resonance imaging laparoscopy showed right located upper abdomen. Her partner was 36-year-old male isolated teratozoospermia. The couple did not conceive intrauterine insemination.Intervention(s)Ovarian stimulation vitro fertilization (IVF). Transvaginal oocytes from deemed possible due anatomic location ovary, intervening blood vessels, limited mobility ovary.
